We firmly have faith in honesty, so we have made a completely transparent refund policy. The refund policy is intended to secure your payments in the case of non-receipt of services as guaranteed. Likewise, when you submit a request on our site, we expect that you have read and agreed to every one of the policies explained.

  • If you choose to cancel your request within 30 minutes of order-placement.
  • Please make sure all requirement details and extra materials are provided while submitting the request. If because of some other reason the first adaptation of a paper is delivered after the first due date, we will expand the quality of service with the goal that the late submission punishment does not influence the overall evaluation.
  • The complete satisfaction policy guarantees that we will continue revising on the assignment changes until you are satisfied and till it is according to the underlying arrangement of work necessities. If you are not happy with our work, even after conveying many revisions, at that point raise a grievance either through email.
  • At the point when the assignment couldn't be delivered due to any issue from the customer's side, viz. not sending the total data concerning the assignments and not offering an explanation to the question from the master on time, the discount won't be made. For this situation, you can get another assignment for a similar sum paid before.
  • At the point when there is a postponement in the final delivery of work*** (In such cases, we will adjust the sum in the following request you place with us)

Point to be noted that, there will be no decrease in the delivery date once the request has been placed with us.

Kindly note that:
  • If we agree on an update of work, there must be at least 24 hours as the master might be situated in various time zones.
  • If there should be an occurrence of any difference over the administration gave, the choices taken by our Resolution Center will be considered as last.
